A seasonal gelati and frozen custard shop opening May 2, 2026. Bringing artisan frozen treats to Farmington with a charming seasonal concept. Expected to become a summer favorite for families.
Lagoon Nutcracker Ride
Lagoon's newest thrill ride — an S&S Screamin' Swing that opened March 26, 2026. The Nutcracker swings riders in a giant pendulum motion reaching speeds of 60+ mph and heights of 80+ feet. The latest addition to Utah's largest amusement park.
North Cottonwood Commons Park
A new community park featuring Farmington's newest splash pad, playground equipment, pavilions, and open green space. The splash pad grand opening is scheduled for Memorial Day 2026. Located in the growing north end of Farmington.
Station Park Phase III
Continued expansion of Farmington's premier mixed-use development. New restaurant and retail spaces, additional residential units, and improved pedestrian connections to the FrontRunner station. Station Park continues to evolve as the city's commercial and social hub.
Thirst Drinks
A new soda and drink shop coming to Farmington in Spring 2026. Part of the growing food and beverage scene in the Station Park area, joining Bonnie & Clyde's, Cilantree, and Karie Anne's as new dining options.
Western Sports Park
A $70 million, 60-acre multi-sport complex that opened in 2024. Features indoor and outdoor athletic fields, a 5,000-seat arena, baseball diamonds, soccer fields, and event spaces. Already hosting national championships in wrestling, gymnastics, and lacrosse. The facility has transformed Farmington into a regional sports destination.
